What To Do With Lipstick Remnants

Did you break your lipstick?

Did your lipstick melt in the summer heat?

Have you used up most of your lipstick but don't want to waste what is leftover in the tube?

Get yourself a tiny travel jar for carrying creams in and use that for your lipstick.

1. Sterilize the jar by wiping it with alcohol
2. Dig up the remaining lipstick from the tube with a spatula
3. Put all that lipstick into the jar.
4. Use a lip brush or your clean finger to apply lipstick from that jar.

Or you could mix it with vaseline to turn it into a gloss.  To do that,

1. Sterilize the jar
2. Dig up the lipstick from the tube and put it into the jar.
3. Fill the rest of the jar with vaseline.
4. When you want to use the gloss, use a lip brush to mix the vaseline with the lipstick to get the intensity of the shade you want. More vaseline, less lipstick gives you a sheerer gloss.
