Breast Massage Tips to get a Great Healing and Erotic Experience

Breast therapeutic massage is as pleasurable for the giver as it is the receiver. It is healing both physically and emotionally. Breast massage can be taught easily and provides a pleasurable form of relaxation and/or sexual foreplay. Use it by itself for a specific for of massage or in addition to other full body and erotic massages.
Just like any massage method it is best applied in a comfortable, comfortable environment. Prepare the massage room with soft lighting, soothing music and scented massage oils. Make certain the temperature is comfortable for the receiver who will be partially or completely unclothed. Create a relaxing place to lie, whether it is the floor, a bed or a massage table. Lay a towel beneath the back of the receiver for comfort and warmth.
After the receiver has reclined into a comfortable position, take several deep breaths together. The giver will want to remain as relaxed as possible throughout the massage. In advance of beginning place several drops of oil on the palms of your hands and rub them together to soften and warm the skin. Breast tissue is fragile and will react to hard, coarse hands or treatment. You want this to be as pleasurable and relaxing as possible for the receiver.
Once your hands are softened and warmed, place several more drops of oil on each breast above the nipple. Now commence the massage. Slowly and gently move your hands in sweeping upward motions away from the nipple. Use the oil to allow your hands to glide over the skin while making clockwise and then counterclockwise movements. Do not apply a lot of pressure to the breast. Be gentle and respectful at all times. Similarly to all erotic massage, follow the receiver’s pleasure. If she is apparently enjoying what you are doing, continue the motion, if she does not change direction or speed or location. Ask her if it feels good and to let you know if it does not.
Connecting is extremely important for total relaxation. When you are speaking to her during the massage, speak softly and with understanding and compassion. Once the breast is covered in oil, glide your hand up from the bottom lifting it and kneading gently with both hands. If this is an erotic massage you will have to delicately work the nipple area as well taking them between thumb and fingers and rolling. You must use a very delicate touch here as they are very sensitive and a little bit of pressure goes a long way. Don’t focus too long on the nipples but go back and forth between the full breast and the nipple area for maximum pleasure.
When the breast rub down is complete allow the receiver to lie back in the afterglow or move on to a full body massage.
