Just like any massage method it is best applied in a comfortable, comfortable environment. Prepare the massage room with soft lighting, soothing music and scented massage oils. Make certain the temperature is comfortable for the receiver who will be partially or completely unclothed. Create a relaxing place to lie, whether it is the floor, a bed or a massage table.
