2. Have the courage to move into the unknown and this will make you appear a strong leader to others. People respect that and a big part of charisma is earning the respect of those who follow you. This also means that you need to be willing to take risks. If you do not take risks, people may not want to follow you because charisma comes from confidence and confident people take risks.
3. Interact directly with people and be personal with them. Make someone feel amazingly important by looking them directly in the eyes when you engage with them. It is a very important quality to have and something that can grow your charisma in the eyes of someone else.
4. Talk to yourself in the mirror and give yourself confidence. Tell yourself that you can do it, you can make good decisions and that people do listen to you. It's a great tip even though it may seem a bit crazy at first. You trust yourself, and if you are telling yourself you can do anything, you will believe it. Your confidence goes up, and by extension, your charisma increases.
There are several tips for increasing your confidence and these are just a couple. These tips will help you increase your confidence as we have said, when your confidence goes up, so too will your charisma. Having high charisma will get people to follow you and listen to you and it will get people thinking that you know the right path to success. That is what you want when you have charisma.
