My child does not eat anything what should I do?

I read once some where that its easy to give birth to a child but its difficult to raise one all moms are scared of the famous " terrible twos" but the roller coaster ride of bringing up a child if its one or any number after the first ones you have already had is not a one persons job but a team work of both the parents but some hold the mom responsible for all the good and the bad of the child which is fair enough as far as I think but the most tedious jobs of all is the eating habits of a child.
When you rack your brains out but it’s a plain no, no no for your child on every food that is dished out to him or her if you ask me personally these eating habits should be set for the child when he she is just a toddler after the stage of baby food comes the tasting of different fruits and food you eat at home which should be introduced slowly and gradually to the child but where the mom is too finicky to introduce a slightly spicy food at the age of lets say 6 or 7 moms are not too happy about it and she opts for again we call bland food.
Now this is where the mistake is made little spices or fruits of different types should be tasted by the child so that his/her taste buds get used to it rather then becoming a fuss pot over the dinning table and spoiling the mood of the dads most of the time what I mean is its ok to introduce all that is there and which can be offered to the child with age but this does not man that junk food should be allowed also no that is where a limit should be made and the soft drinks should also be like a treat to the child not a essential item at the dinner table for the child.
It’s the mother who should make the decisions to make the child eat what ever is offered at that time if not eaten then serve it again at the next meal time until he/she realizes the need of food for the person who is a beggar boy at the street trying to find something to eat worthy off from the garbage.
Moms who make new stuff for their child in order to make him/her eat something at least is not helping the child in any manner in fact she is spoiling the child of hers to the core and is making a mess of her childs eating habits because as time goes by the child will keep on refusing to the food items that are healthy and nutritious but as the child has never tasted it before does not want to try it ever and goes for what he/she thinks is right for her/him.
I have seen exhausted expressions on mothers faces making different dishes for their children/child which is not the solution to the problem in fact its digging in deeper into the problem in order to make the child eat food namely of what you eat starts from the initial stages of the child when anything and everything should be introduced to the child so that the taste buds are accustomed to the taste of everything.
