Speaking on a panel of beauty and wellness experts, Dotti shared a water tip that she learned from a Georgian woman whom she went to see for a lymphatic massage. She said it changed her life, skin, and sleep.

The Routine

“She told me this, and I swear to god I’m addicted: From when I get up in the morning, until 2:00 p.m., I drink two liters of water. From 2:00-5:00 p.m., I drink one liter of water, and after 5:00, I just sip my water.”

What are the benefits of keeping this schedule? “Seriously, ever since I’ve been doing this, [even though] we’re in winter, I do not need lip balm or creams,” says Dotti. “I was literally on set yesterday, and we do 10 hours nonstop, and I stick to my regime and no lip balm needed.”

Rest Easy

“You won’t wake up having to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I’m like a camel, I’d drink forever, [this schedule] stops you from peeing eight times a night,” Dotti told the participants. “You don’t get that broken sleep, which means your body rests.”

“Challenge yourself to do it,” says Dotti. “I’m not lying—I do not break from the schedule at all. I stick to it, and I’m smiling the whole day.”
