These Funny Restaurant Signs Prove Food Service Workers Are Some Of The Most Creative People Alive
Let’s face it. Sometimes working in a restaurant or bar can be a less than ideal experience. Demanding bosses and rude customers can really put a damper on the day. Despite it all, the employees of these restaurants and bars have found a way to keep it light and maintain their sense of humor, no matter what’s going on.
They’re Very Sensitive
In case you can’t read the fine print, the little sign at the bottom says, “Please do not tap on the glass… it scares the bagels.”
Just A Suggestion
We’ve all seen the “Employees Must Wash Hands” signs in restaurant bathrooms. This one also suggests you do it too, but hey, only if you want. Our next picture shows that even swanky restaurants can have a sense of humor.
If You Have To Ask…
This is how a bill is brought to the table at a fancy restaurant that doesn’t have the prices printed on the menu. Show me the damage indeed.
Smoking Is Not Tolerated
This restaurant wants you to know that they will not tolerate smoking in any form. If you’re on fire, expect them to politely ask you to vacate the premises. Speaking of fire, the next sign gives some great advice.
Just Get Out Already!
Only in the age of social media would this sign have to be displayed. The sad thing is, it would probably be a good idea to add Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook Live… you get the idea.
We Tried To Warn You
This sign is truth in advertising at its finest. They can guarantee that you’ll get nice drinks if you come in, but if you don’t… hey, anything could happen.
Watch Those Bandits
This restaurant knows the score. Your kids never really eat anything at the restaurant anyway, so why order for them at all? Just get them a plate and give them some of your food.
Haters Gonna Hate
This salad bar has something to say to all those broccoli haters. I never really thought about it that way, but it’s probably true.
Here’s Your Sign
This sign does a great job of getting people excited to come for a visit. It’s not their fault if they don’t read the entire sign, right?
