Dame Helen Lydia Mirren is a much-acclaimed, beloved British film star. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II in the aptly titled film The Queen. Her man other accolades include three additional Oscar nominations, a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play, and an Olivier Award for Best Actress.
Helen Mirren received a nomination for the Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actress in 2018. She was nominated at the age of 72 for her portrayal of Sarah Winchester in Winchester. Yes, the role itself was a bit on the melodramatic side, but Mirren is a wonderful actress who rose to the occasion.
Robert De Niro
Perhaps no other actor has been praised as often as Robert De Niro. He has countless awards to his credit. He has received six BAFTA award nominations in addition to winning two Oscars and two Emmys. He also has the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
Robert De Niro won his Academy Awards for The Godfather Part II and Raging Bull. He also appeared in such films as The Deer Hunter, Casino, Heat, Meet the Parents, and Once Upon a Time in America. De Niro was nominated for the Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actor in 2016 for his work in Dirty Grandpa.
Not only was Sandra Bullock nominated for a Golden Raspberry Award in 2010, but she also won it during the same weekend that she won an Academy Award. Unlike most actors who never acknowledge or accept their Razzie Award, Bullock showed her good sense of humor and grace by showing up to accept the award in person.

Al Pacino has enjoyed an illustrious career in film for five decades, and he’s still going strong. It would be hard to find an important acting award that Pacino hasn’t won. He can also count multiple Golden Raspberry Award nominations among the recognition he has received.
Nominated for Worst Actor in 1985 for his work in Revolution, Al Pacino lost that year to Sylvester Stallone. Pacino was once again nominated for Worst Actor in 2008 for both 88 Minutes and Righteous Kill. He was nominated for Worst Supporting Actor in 2003 for Gigli, and he won the Razzie Award for Worst Supporting Actor for his portrayal of himself in Jack and Jill.
Michael Caine is an English film icon who is still enjoying an illustrious career in cinema that has spanned over 70 years. His range is astounding. He has acted in over 130 movies, so he is doing something very right. However, of course, even he is not above recognition from the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation.

Having appearance in over 100 movies and TV shows, Christopher Walken is a revered actor who has also worked as a director, playwright, and screenwriter. He is also known for his unique look and persona, and he appeared in several music videos such as “Weapon of Choice” by Fatboy Slim.
Christopher Walken received nominations for the Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actor for two years in a row. In 2002, Walken was nominated for his portrayal of Reed Temple in The Country Bears. Then, in 2003, he was nominated for his performances in both Kangaroo Jack and Gigli.

Since her big break as Laurie Petrie on The Dick Van Dyke Show, Mary Tyler Moore received critical acclaim for her acting talent and stellar comedic timing. She transitioned between working in television and film easily at a time when few could pull that off. She won seven Emmys, and she was nominated for an Academy Award for her role in Ordinary People.

Most actors are not nominated twice in the same year, but Isabella Rossellini received a dual nomination at the 8th Golden Raspberry Awards. Isabella Rossellini was nominated for Worst Supporting Actress for her role as Madeleine in Tough Guys Don’t Dance and her role as Marie in Siesta. However, that year, the award went to Daryl Hannah for Wall Street.
Nominated for four Academy Awards and the winner of one, Jon Voight has been much-praised for his acting talents since he first appeared on the silver screen in the 1960’s. To say that Tim Curry has had a colorful career is an understatement. Curry has portrayed iconic characters such as Dr. Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the Grand Wizard in The Worst Witch, and Pennywise the clown in the It miniseries of the 1990’s. He also showcased his comedic talents in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.
Tim Curry went decades of his career before he was acknowledged by the Golden Raspberry Award Association. It was Curry’s role as Herkermer Homolka in Congo that garnered him a nomination for the Razzie for Worst Supporting Actor in 1995. The award ultimately went to Dennis Hopper for his performance in Waterworld.
Not only was Robert Urich an outstanding star of film and television, but he was also known to be an altruistic-minded person. He was very devoted to his wife Heather Menzies, who was best known for her portrayal of Louisa in The Sound of Music, and their three children. Sadly, Urich died from cancer when he was only 55 years old.
Robert Urich received many accolades, but he kept a sense of humor about his star power. He even made a guest appearance in Cheers in a part that poked a bit of fun at himself. Given his attitude about his life and career, he probably wasn’t too upset to find out that he’d been nominated for a Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Supporting Actor for his work in Turk 182 in 1985.

Perhaps best known for his roles as Ebenezer Scrooge in the 1984 adaptation of A Christmas Carol and George S. Patton in Patton, George C. Scott is one of the most revered actors of all time. He made headlines when he refused his Academy Award for Best Actor (which he won for Patton).
If George C. Scott objected to his Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actor as much as he did his Academy Award for Best Actor, it was never noticed. Scott was nominated for the Golden Raspberry Award in 1990 for his portrayal of Lt. William Kinderman in The Exorcist III.
Amy Irving had the rare distinction of being nominated for both an Academy Award and a Golden Raspberry Award for the same performance in a film. It was Irving’s portrayal of Hadass in the 1983 film Yentl that earned her the nominations. People clearly had differing opinions of her performance, but Irving did not win either award.
Before Amy Irving was nominated for a Razzie for her work in Yentl, she was nominated for the Worst Supporting Actress award for her performance in Honeysuckle Rose. That drama is also sometimes called On the Road Again. Amy appeared alongside Willie Nelson and Dyan Cannon in the film, and Willie Nelson was nominated for an Academy Award for his song “On the Road Again”.
