If you have ever wanted to eat like you were on Game of Thrones, your dream has come true. To celebrate the HBO show’s final season (premiered on April 14), Shake Shack launched a limited-edition Game of Thrones menu at a variety of locations nationwide. If you hurry, you can still eat a meal of fire and ice to commemorate the return of everyone’s beloved medieval fantasy series.
On The Menu
The Dracarys Burger, priced at $7.99 and available until April 21, features a double Monterey Jack cheeseburger topped with bacon and Shake Shack’s signature fiery ShackSauce. Playing with its theme, Shake Shack promotes the burger is “griddled by the fires of Drogon and Rhaegal and finished with slabs of bacon imported from Essos—a Dothraki delicacy.”
Shake Shack also offers the Dragonglass Shake, priced at $6.79 and is available until May 19. Designed to temper your taste buds, the shake is a blend of mint and white chocolate custard. Finally, it’s sprinkled with Dragonglass shards (made of toffee) imported from the caves of Dragonstone. Doesn’t this sound delicious?
How To Order
To make it extra fun, the Game of Thrones menu must be ordered in Valyrian, the fictional language used on the show. If you don’t speak Valyrian, the restaurants have a translation guide at the counter. One Twitter user (@nellstark) demonstrated how to order the food.
I successfully ordered from @shakeshack’s secret menu in High Valyrian! I did stop short of demanding they bend the knee before making my lunch. Am leaving that level of imperiousness to the Mother of Dragons! @GameOfThrones #got #shakeshack #nyc pic.twitter.com/VKU8luur9N

But the creativity behind the menu goes to Shake Shack’s culinary director, Mark Rosati, who tapped in the heart of the show while designing the limited-edition menu. At the same time, the menu is still committed to offering premium ingredients and thoughtful sourcing. Rosati commented, “We use only the best ingredients possible here, which means all-natural sugars.” Shake Shack promises to deliver the best food possible while allowing customers to have fun celebrating Game of Thrones this spring.
What The Fans Say
Fans have confirmed the limited-edition Game of Thrones menu is a success. One Twitter user (@martingion) commented, “#ForTheThrone is a success for #ShakeShack. Lots of people are in line for burgers at the location in West Village.” Another Twitter user (@reviewrogues) commented that the new menu is “how you do a Monday after Game of Thrones.” So, no matter what happens this final season on your favorite show, at least you’ll have delicious food to brighten your mood.

However, it has also turned a lot of once-thriving careers into professions that are becoming less and less relevant. If it isn’t robots filling in for factory workers, it’s the newest app cutting out another middle man. In an era built for speed, many seasoned workers are scratching their heads wondering: which jobs will vanish next?
