Avocados are not just great on toast, they are also great on your skin. Because they are rife with vitamins A, D, and E, they can soothe sunburn and aid in reducing inflammation.Try making a face mask by mixing the fruit with water. Apply it to the affected areas, leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse off.
A little-known fact about olive oil is that it fights aging. With its strong supply of vitamin A and vitamin E, it has the potential to regenerate skin cells. The best part, there is no need to mix it with anything. Olive oil works best when applied directly to the skin. Simply moisturize with a few drops, a couple times a day.
